must be notified with in 48 hours upon receiving damaged or
defective products. If the following requirements are met,
a replacement CD/DVD of the EXACT same title and artist will
be sent to the customer, at no additional charge. T.M.H. must
be notified with in 48 hours upon receipt of product either
via e-mail or by telephone. All original contents must be
returned to Tejano Music Headquarters This includes all graphic
inserts, CD/DVD, and jewel casing.
Discontinued Items
Some products may be discontinued with out any prior notification.
In these instances, customers will have the option of a refund,
or can use the amount originally charged towards another purchase.
Backorder Items
If a product ordered is out of stock, the item will not be
Charged to your Credit Card .....You will recevie a Telephone
call or E-mail stating that we are out of the product.And
that it is no longer avaiable.
Shipping Policy
All items will be shipped with in 48 hours once “payment
approval” has been received by Tejano Music Headquaretrs
Tejano Music Headquarters ships in the United States and to
APO Boxes.
1- Cd
will be shipped First class mail and can take up to 7 to 10
business days.
2 or 3 up to 10 Cds
will be shipped Priority mail and can be recevied within 3
to 5 business days.
Please be advised of holidays and weekends as the “approval”
